- I have booked flight on 04th Nov in air India but when I went to web check in, I came to know that ticket was not void as per Air India where as it was showing confirmed booking in flip kart. The ticket details are given below.

In spite of several requests over telephone and email to solve my problem it is not being solved.
Always I have been asked to submit the proof of ticket status on or before boarding date issued from air India but air India is not ready to issue any written proof as ticket was booked through agent.
Finally I was advised by your customer care representative to cancel the ticket in flip kart site so that exact status can be traced but even cancellation as normal ticket my refund amount is zero found
So you are requested to take necessary step to find out the issue Co ordinating with air India to solve my problem.
I would like to brought it in to your knowledge for solve it on priority pls.
