Text of Complaint by BINAY JHA:

I am writing to request a refund for my GTPL plan as it is expiring on October 23. Unfortunately, I have recently been informed by the GTPL team that it is not feasible to continue the service at my new location due to technical reasons. Therefore, I kindly request a refund for the remaining duration of my plan.

To provide some background, I have been a satisfied customer of GTPL and have consistently availed your services at my previous address. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, I have recently moved to a new location. Upon contacting your team to transfer my services, I was disappointed to learn that it is not technically feasible to provide GTPL services at my new address.

Considering this unforeseen circumstance, I believe it is fair to request a refund for the remaining months of my plan. The technical infeasibility of continuing the service at my new location was beyond my control, and I hope you can understand my situation.
