Text of Complaint by Binay Jha:

I have been transfer from Godhra to Valsad and I have raised Broadband transfer request through phone as well as e mail on 05/06/2023 to shifting GTPL Broadband to my new address Valsad.
After visiting GTPL Team Valsad, who have informed me the new connection shifting is not feasible at valsad address on 12/06/2023, due to technical reasons at Radha Krishna Appartment, Flat no 204, Halar Road, Mission colony, Valsad.

You are requested to kindly arrange to online refund for 05 months deposited / Advance payment ( June 2023 to Oct 2023) towards GTPL Fiver Broadband plan which is already paid by me on advance basis on 12/10/2022, (GTPL 100 Mbps 12 month Rs -7000 Binay Jha SBI)
