Sir,
I have paid an advance of ₹5000 on 5th Oct 2021 to this account number: XXXXXXXXX3414 for purchase of MacBook air Gold color through an offer. But after the advance payment ( ₹ 5000) had been done, I was been told that some benefits were removed from that offer. I was also informed that if I cancel the order, my advance amount will be refunded.
I had decided to purchase the item from other vendor. Therefore, I had sent the mail to MACINTEL to cancel my order and refund my advance amount. Still now, I did not get any refund, but the concerned person is saying that the money will be sent NEXT WEEK when I call him.. Please find the attached files. I request you to look into this issue and refund my money as soon as possible.
