Dear Sir,
I had booked a package in 1st week of Mar 20 (before Corona),for Ladakh – 7 Nights / 8 days (Sep 2020) for 2 PAX through Makemy Trip, Mulund Branch (Nav id: IN1B1584079946493). I was asked to pay an advance of Rs. 25000/-, which I paid on 11.03.2020. Due to the pandemic and tense situation at Ladakh due to China interference, I had asked them if I would get refund of my advance amount of Rs. 25000, they had agreed to repay the full amount in Jul 2020 if the situation still persist. I waited patiently till Jun 2020. Now in Jul 2020, when I contacted them through email (as they are not picking my call), they informed me that a Penalty of Rs. 8000/- will be levied and balance amount will be paid to me. Why Penalty is being imposed ? They now say they will give a Gift Voucher for Rs. 8000/- which is not agreeable to me. I need refund of full amount of Rs. 25000/- as I am not at fault for the situation in the country. Makemy Trip is cheating the general Public. Please help me getting my full refund of Rs. 25000/- paid. Penalty charged by them is not acceptable to me. Now they have closed their Office in Mulund. (Msg outside – Office available for Rent)

Payment Terms : –
25% advance at the time of booking confirmation.
75% balance 15 days prior to the travel date.
In case the booking is made within 15 days of travel, 100% advance is required at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation policy : –
15 Days prior to date of arrival – 25% of the total bill will be charged.
14 Days to 08 Days prior to date of arrival – 50% of the total bill will be charged.
07 Days less prior to date of arrival – 100% of the total bill will be charged.
