On 31 St i had a booking from Mumbai to Delhi same day the ticket got cncl and aborted a person Calling me has said money would come back in 3-5 bussiness days Pathetic.Services they are Proud i think after this much of complaint strict action should be taken and now their customer care number has also Been changed
