I have booked a ticket on travolook.in from BLR to BBI for 22nd June 2021 . After money got deducted got call from the team that your ticket is being cancelled due to airline price expired and your refund is being initiated and will be credited by 7 to 10 days. But till now I have not received any refund amount . Kindly refund my money ASAP .it is very urgent to visit bbi for me.
I tried contacting it’s customer care also but it is not reachable . Please assist
