I had done a recharge of 448 on 15/01/2019 through mobile net banking with reference no UH64584336.But d amount is debited & no recharge is done .Also l have no amount refund till date .After complaing in d bank they told that d amount is credited to merchant,kindly resolve d matter as quickly as possible.
