Text of Complaint by Samil Waigankar:

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally escalate an urgent matter regarding Refund issue which is under process since 1 month that remains unaddressed despite previous attempts to resolve it through regular customer support channels.

Your team has already took 1 month to resolve this issue. Still issue is not resolved.

Details of the issue:
•Date of transaction: 29/08/2025
•Amount to be refunded: ₹25000
•Previous communications: Customer support tickets #31677150 #31677150 with no satisfactory resolution or valid explanation provided.

This delay is causing significant inconvenience, and the continued lack of response is unacceptable. I request your immediate intervention to ensure the refund is processed without further delay and proper confirmation is provided.

Please treat this as a priority matter. I expect a response within [24 hours] to avoid further escalation through external consumer protection agencies.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to receive a refund within a reasonable time. The delay constitutes a breach of contract, and I kindly request immediate processing of my refund.

Please consider this my final request to resolve this issue promptly. Failure to process my refund within the next [24 hours] will leave me no choice but to escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities and relevant regulatory bodies. I am prepared to take all necessary steps to protect my rights, including legal recourse and public complaint.
I urge you to treat this with the utmost urgency and provide confirmation of refund processing immediately.

This ongoing delay violates my consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and the Indian Contract Act, 1872, which mandate fair trade practices and timely fulfillment of contractual obligations.
Under Section 2(1)(o) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, I am entitled to seek redressal for unfair trade practices, including failure to provide agreed services or refunds. Furthermore, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, ensures enforceability of contracts and timely performance. Your failure to refund breaches these statutes.

I hereby give a final deadline of 24 hours from receipt of this letter for full refund processing. Should you fail to comply, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission and explore all legal remedies available to protect my rights.
Please treat this request with utmost urgency and confirm refund processing immediately.

I wont hesitate or think twice before taking this actions.

Consumer Complaint Escalation Steps:
1.File a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) at 1800-11-4000 or via their online portal.
2.Escalate the issue to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum.
3.If unresolved, approach the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
4.For further action, escalate directly to the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA).

I trust you will address this promptly to avoid legal proceedings. Kindly confirm the refund process within the stipulated deadline.
