I ordered Mechdel cloth tray on 19 of Nov 22 and initiated return on 26 Nov 22 along with the product styles 16+1 multi compartment. Both the products were picked up but till 5 Dec there was no update about the refund hence I raised complaint against it on amazon service in 6 Dec and call back was promised to me with resolution but I never got resolution. Again I raised complaint on 11 Dec for both the products refunds and on recorded call customer executive accepted both the products are picked up but there is scanning issue going on hence refund status not updated. You will get refund after 72 hours and give us a call on 14 Dec for refund after 9 pm. When I gave a call on 14 Dec, refund of styles compartment is issued by executive but for Mechdel cloth tray call was redirected to furniture category executive and he told me I will not be able to issue refund as products are not received and you will not get refund after 10 days also if pick up status is not updated and he was very aggrasive on call and reluctant to understand that on second call itself it was accepted that its not my fault and products are picked up and its scanning issue of amazon and refund will be issued after 72 hours ie 14 Dec. But still I had to repeat same story again on the top of that he was very rude and does not wanted to provide me solution on same call as well as denied to provide call back with solution. Its been 2 months now and my money is stuck is 2198 rs. I need my refund and action against 14 Dec customer executive
