I had done a recharge of 149 on 1st of June . It was not processed the money has been deducted from my account. I have called multiple time to customer care by borrowing phones phones from others to contact airtle guys for my refund. They just giving me false promises. I still do have my refund it’s been 20 I have done the recharge. They customer care team said it will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days but its been 15 workings days now. I spoke to riyaz the team leader on 11 th June he said it will refunded on 12th of June. Then I spoke to sandesh on 16th he said I will get a refund on 19th EOD still I haven’t received the money yet. My complaint number NRC30616116319
