I had booked my Air tickets from Delhi to Mumbai on 13th May from Travelook. Within a minute they canceled the tickets saying that the flights are not available.

Now it’s more than 20 days, day and night through customer care & email I am following them to refund my money…but they are blocking my money saying “Kal mileage”, “Next week transfer ho jayega”.

I am really sucked to call and follow these people to get my money back.
