I made an transaction of rs 2200 from phonepe account to my fampay account and from my end the transaction was completed but in fampay it goes on hold.. after seeing that I clicked on REFUND TO SOURCE button and it shows that my has been refunded but when I checked it my transaction history there was no refund from fampay… After that I talked to customer care daily and they says that your money will be refunded by 12 of December again and again… On the end of day of 12 December I talked to them and said I have not got the refund and they are saying like they have refunded the amount from their end I think this issue needs to be resolved…
Proofs : I have the transaction history from fampay where you can check that there is no refund of ₹2200 from fampay
