I have used broadband service of Tripleplay around 1 year.And they take a security amount of ₹1500 for the device(Router) which is refundable after returning it..I returned their device around 2months ago , and closed the connection. I’ve mailed then dozens of times but every time they reply that your refund will be processed till next week..and its been 2 months ,,but no refund is received by my side.
