I was charge twice and yet to get my refund of Rs. 859/- have called multiple times Customer service.  Every time they check and do not give me any resolution it ..just say contact your bank and when I contact my bank they say merchant have received the payment .. it’s been more than 35 days I don’t know why it’s taking huge delay to just refund of ram 859/-..

When I complaint I get only apologise .. like below mail …

I completely agree with you that this incident has caused you a huge impact especially the belief which you had at Amazon for purchasing the product from Amazon by paying your hard earned money and believe me I have no such words which could ever reveal the hustle you are undergoing with the Order.

I would like to inform you that as per Amazon payment policy, we do not accept any type of double payments for any product at any situation and as per your issue is related, I can realize that you have made payment for two times and keeping your concern on utmost priority basis.

To help you in this regard, I am checking the issue with our concern team and once I get any update regarding this, I will get back to you with the update as I am keeping the issue in follow up.
