I booked the ticket from travolook and it showed your ticket will be confirmed within 30 mins but within 5 they called us and said unable to confirm your ticket the amount will be refunded with 10-15days but not yet received… I have tried to call them many time but didn’t pick up the call i emailed them but they reply the amout will be refunded within 10to 15 days … Please help sir/ mam
