I made a deposit of ₹20000/- on 11th Mar which was declined by Parimatch. I was informed on email that I will receive my refund on 12th EOD and its 13th today, I have still not received anything. Previously as well ₹2500/- deposit was declined and no refund provided its more than 2 months now !! I am being mentally harassed. The team keeps saying they will refund but now they have blocked my emails and not responding. I have provided all bank statements and proof. I want my money refunded.
