I have ordered ( Order No- 15969883369098326A ) on 8th August. On 11th August it got cancelled stating technical reason & then they have processed the refund on 13th. Till today 20th of august i haven;t received my refund. I have sent them 4 emails however no response on the refund status is received to me. There is no way you can speak to anyone. The service awful from the beginning of its operation. Want to know the refund status ?
