To get my refund for the cancellation of the PNR – YSVWC & J2CQ3, I had called multiple times and emailed to AIR India.
The ticket has been cancelled 6/7 months back still Air India is not issuing the refund.
Also created feedback forms for each of the e-ticket for refund. And created a refund task as required. But I didn’t get any refund till now.
On each call they are telling .. a lot of stories and giving assurance that they will refund within a week or two. They keep on harassing .. but not issuing the refund till now.
