I did not received my refund yet. I booked my flight ticket on May 16th, 2021 which got cancelled due to the travel agency’s(Travolook) operational error. After booking my ticket I got an call from agency saying that ticket is not confirmed and the refund would be done within 10-15 days and now it has been 2 months I din’t receive my amount back even after continuously calling and enquiring them..
