Mein P Thiruppathi 02/12/2023 ek ticket madurai se delhi keliye book kiya tha 6266 amount account se deduct hogaya but ticket confirm nahi hua, morning thak weight karne bola agency se mujhe. But morning bathcheet karne par tu mara ticket ka fare badgaya issiliye ticket confirm nahi hua karke agency baithaya hai.mein turant apne amount ko return karne ka bolatha but 10 days hogya hai return nahi kar Raha .so please help. Thank you.
