Booked a flight ticket from Chennai to Mumbai of 8th June 2023 of Gofirst Airlines via Yatra Mobile Application which got cancelled due to operational reasons. It’s been more than two months and called both yatra and go first but they both have same answers all the time that we have finished formalities from our side and refund is in process your NCLT form has not been verified yet respectively. There is no satisfactory response that when will I get my refund. Please look into it.
