I had booked go first flight tickets for my family from Bangalore to patna for 3rd May. Flight ticket details are attached. I was informed that my refund will be processed in next 10-15 days. As a custom we do not have any other option apart from waiting. Due to the last minute cancellation we had to bear extra charges and high prices for flight tickets on other airlines. The airlines and the 3rd party website (sastasafar.com) from where i have booked the ticket are simply asking us to wait. For the delay are they going to provide us interest. The amount is 53000 which they have to pay. As a customer i am tired of calling both airlines and 3rd party website from were i have booked the tickets. I will seek your help in getting my money back.
