I booked a round trip flight ticket from Mumbai to Mangalore on 26th August 2021 for 8th OCT 2021. The tickets got cancelled from your end immediately after I made the payment and then I got a call from the customer executive saying that I will receive the refund within 7-10 days But now its 27th SEP 2021 already a month has passed and I havent received my refund yet and I have called the customer care for this issue for more than 20 times, and the customer care executive are behaving harshly of giving me various reasons for my refund . This is so disappointing that the executive hangs up the call when we are speaking. When will I get the refund this is site is to disappointing for not satisfying the customer on time. I need to a correct answer and refund of my money.
