This is regarding an online purchase from Print land India. I had purchased 4 nos. of Card pen drives. When I received the courier, all of them were absolutely non-usable. I requested them to get back these faulty products and refund the same. Initially, they refused to refund but after several follow-ups, they agreed to refund. But now 2 months passed and they have called me regarding the refund not received any email confirmation about the refund. They are not answering any single call even. I have attached screenshot of email for reference.
