Sir/madam,I am having issue with the transaction made on 16 march 2022 for Rs.982/- on Amazon order, the amount got debited but finally the transaction is failed at the end of merchant.I have raised the issue with Amazon and they have confirmed officially that they haven’t received any amount and it is a issue with the banking gateway itself.So i request you to look into the matter and refund me soon.Am attaching the mail from Amazon,Screenshot of transaction made on dhani rupay card.please find attachments.
