My refund was not credited back till now as I booked zoom car on November 23rd 2020. I actually booked car with fuel and there is no point of me to refilling the car as per my booking but there was some car breakdown and they alloted another car and that car tank was empty so I contacted customer care about fuel. They politely said “sir don’t worry if you can fill the fuel from your side and upload bills we will give the fuel amount back” so I agreed and did it. Mine was a long trip of 800 km so I have filled around 6000 rupees fuel and uploaded bills. After the completion of booking I can’t even able to call to customer care number and it’s not even connecting. I am still trying to contact them kept so many mails. I want my money back and if this continues.. I will not leave those bastards
