Dear sir,
We have join BYJUS online class 7th to our ward Mumammad Ahyan after many follow up with executives of BYJUS. They have assured us that the course can be discounted if found not useful to our ward or he will not take interest at any date to be continued. After one month of the course we found that it is totally waste of time of our ward, even harmful for his career.
We have requested to BYJUS in the month of Oct 2022 over the phone calls to BYJUS executive and found they only detaining us by so many types of harassments. Then we have emailed them to stop the EMI 1971.00 per month but they always either get silence on our emails or get reply that their executive will talk to us with 24hrs and the same word saying this issue they will put to their higher authority and ask them to stop the EMI from the next month.
We are really fail to make follow up with them any more and now putting our request in your good office to take this matter on priority basis to resolve the issue and ask them to refund our all debited amount and stop anymore deduction of EMIs.
We shall always be thankful for your kind support.
