I had booked tickets via travolook on 17th, oct, 2021 amounting to rs.9032. They instantly cancelled my tickets siting operational issue and mailed me regarding refund within 10 working days
Till now i havent received my refund. The customer care people are saying days may vary and i can go and complain any government website if i am not satisfied
