Dear Sir,
Recently, I placed one order on JioMart on 22/01/2023.
Unfortunately, it was canceled by JioMart system on 23/01/2023.
Order No: 16744064250589583W
Refund Amount: Rs. 10,799
Please find the attachment that shows all the information of that order.
As per the message highlighted on the website and the above order page, the refund amount should have been credited back to the original payment method (in this case BOB Debit Card) in 7 working days.
It has been more than 7 working days and I am still waiting for the refund.
Many times I called them but they always say “wait for 48 Hours.”
Their 48 hours never happen.
Kindly check and provide an update.
