Hi Team, I hereby inform you that, I have booked an online ticket via Travalook on 15 Jan 2021 for the Indigo flight from Bangalore to Imphal. After some time after booking, I have received a message that due to fare change, my ticket was auto-canceled. They told me that I would receive the refund in the next 10–15 days. I waited for the next 15 days for the refund amount to be credited. But the refund was not credited, So have called the customer support toll-free no( 0124-643-4800.). Some executives receive the call and confirm that it will be credited soon. So I waited again for the next 10 -15days. However, it was not credited. I then sent emails to the travolook company. They sent me some replies after few days that the refund will be credited soon. However again it was not credited in the next few months. This time I shouted at them and ask them to immediately refund the amount asap. And so the executive asks me to wait on call as he will be connecting to the billing department for the refund status. After waiting for 5 mins incall, the executive reconnect and said the refund has already been credited to my account So I asked him to share with me the details like the date on which it has been credited along with the transaction id. They said they will send it if I send a fresh email today. So immediately I send them a fresh email and did regular follow-up for the next months. And it has been Sept 2021 now, till today I have not received my refund amount of RS 5105 nor any transaction details from them. Please help me I am frustrated now. I am disappointed with this company, how they are cheating and looting middle-class people’s hard-earned money. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS. PLEASE.
