On 28th May 2022, I tried to book my flight from Pune to Lucknow for Indigo, at first it deducted Rs 12056.00 and then status showed pending in progress and to wait for 25–30 minutes to get confirmation. I thought maybe it’s a new website so it will take some time But then they called after waiting 15 minutes and they said fare prices have increased and asked whether I want to pay more or cancel. I opted for cancellation and they assured me that I will get my full refund of Rs 12056.00 in 7-10 business days in same bank acount.

Its 14th May 2022 today and after calling and emailing support team multiple times either they say its still under processing or to wait 3-4 more days.

After going through this, I have found 100s of people suffering with same Fraud by Travolook.

Please help me get my money back.
