Have ordered a a MINI SWEEING MACHINE WITH TABLE AND KIT set on April 23th, 2023 I
received a different product AND MISSING TABLE AND KIT and very bad quality I had raised a request for return same day when I reced. the product. I got the msg every time to pickup schedule but no any executive came since aprox 16-17 days i called to many time on coustomer care they again raised a request for return but 27th and 30th again raised a request for replacement i told them i dont want to this item i have already ordered to another site after very long waiting you can check my all chats and calls after that i request to tranfer my call to senior department one day my call was on hold second day i talked to senior authority and explain my problem but she not lising and understand my issue only said according to policy only replacement allowed now not refund but since first day i raised a request for return and filpkart accepted but no delivey executive connected me and automatic status changed i dont need this product any more after too much suffer.
I am following up for the past 16-17 days for refund. Nothing happened. Please help me out.
also i have ordered another product elinor mop set same problem i faced still automatic cancelled my product.
i need help pls consider as urgent and refund my money.
