I made my ticket on travolook company in February from Nagpur to Delhi , due to some reasone i have to cancelled my ticket and after that i have requested for refund they informed me that u will get refund within 10 to 15 days,till it’s almost 3month now, they didn’t respond in customer care number and email address too(sending default mail).
Airlines(Indigo) already confirmed that they transferred refund amount to travel agent but still i did not receive my refund amount.
