I booked a flight ticket Delhi to Patna on 05th March-21 PNR is not generated.Then l called to customer support executive.He told me your ticket is not booked due to fare Increase.I told him then please process refund a respective amount. But till now I didn’t received refund please help me.(Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in: REF848517155), Every time customer care excutive said amount will refund 7 to 10 days, but no any amount process till date.

I have booked my Ticket Hyderabad to Ahmedabad. They Cancelled saying operational issue , my ticket cancelled but not refunded my money. They told receive refund in 10 to 15 days but not received. Pls help me to get my refund amount.
