Travolook Reference/Confirmation numbers:
REF421326556 and REF979685671

Refund Amount to receive: 10,616 (5,308 + 5,308)

Description:
I had booked 2 separate tickets on the Travolook website on September 19, 2021

Money was charged to my Credit Card. Got one e-mail stating Booking is in Progress and within few minutes a cancellation e-mail came.

I have been calling their Customer Care since September 2021 (6 months as of today) and they give standard responses:
1. This has been initiated but due to a technical error, it will happen 5-7 working days
2. We have initiated it but there was a problem with the merchant
3. It will surely happen in 5-7 working days
4. There is no way to transfer the call to a manager
5. They bluntly disconnect the call

I am really not sure what needs to be done from my side to get my money back.

Please help.

Resolution Required: Refund of 10,616 to be transferred to the original mode of payment
