I had booked a ticket from BOM-DOH on 6E1719 for Rs.14803 via Travolook with booking confirmation # REF101337050. After the transaction they cancelled the ticket stating the reason ‘due to airline operational issue’ however my refund amount has not credited yet and its been more than a month. I would kindly request you to look into this matter and assist me in receiving my refund from Travolook.
