I bought a prepaid 3 month plan of airtel extreme fiber in starting of June then I asked them to relocate this service where I shifted , after 1 week a guy came from airtel & started the service but after using it for 1 month I got a bill , though I have already paid , the guy from airtel gave me a new connection instead of my old one now my old connection I couldn’t use for 3 month I contacted airtel & received an email that they will refund me 1906/- & asked about my bank details
But till now I have contacted them many time & have sent my account statement also but hasn’t received any amount
Please solve this issue
