I had made booking from Pune to Durgapur and after making booking in 20mins i received a message saying that your booking has been cancelled and the refund amount will be transferred to the same bank account within 10working days But did not receive any refund so everytime I call them they say me that within 72hrs they will refund the amount this false promises is given to me since last 3months
