Hi Team,
I Booked Flight From Bangalore To Patna For 9th Feb 2023. Post Payment Through Credit Card I received Confirmation From Varafi.Com That My Ticket Is Booked. However When I Use The Same PNR On Indigo Site It Does Not Show Up. I Called Indigo Airlines And They Say There Is No Such Booking. I Reached Out To Varafi.Com Customer Care And They Said The Ticket Will Be Confirmed Only A Day Prior To Travel. This Is Really Bullshit Because Once We Have Airline Pnr Then It Should Reflect On Airline Site. They Are Not Ready To Refund And Not Responding Over Calls. They Say To Raise Complain On Support@Varafi.Com But Here Also I Do Not Get Any Response.
Upon calling multiple times they said my flight is aborted on 6th Feb’23 and i will get refund. Post this i have called below people on different dates but they always ask me to wait for 3-5 business days.
