I as a travel agent booked air ticket from Srinager to Jammu scheduled on 30-01-2023 With PNR No EE243Q. refrence no. 09264854. Airline is saying we have refunded your amount. But I do not received any refund in to my wallet. I am CSC travel agent I’d no is 475454740011. Please help me .
