Text of Complaint by Ram Niwas:

Dear Sir,
I Ram Niwas has purchased one way indigo flight ticket on 04.03.2020 at 9.20pm from Ahmedabad to Delhi through VIA.COM ONLINE TICKET. Detail as under:
 Booking reference no. is: FMNLA3B9HT2KS
PNR : OCJ5WR
flight Dep: 06.15AM on 19.04.2020
Name of passenger: Ram Niwas
but due to covid 19 lockdown my ticket is cancelled by indigo airlines and they have refunded the full amount of Rs.2849/- to you on 05.10.2020 but we have not received the same till date.
I have not received any update from via.com regarding the status of my refund application till date. After so many attempts to reach out to via.com, none of the option is active and I don’t know how I can reach out to the company regarding my refund application

I request you to please investigate the matter and help me in refunding my cancelled ticket.
