Hi,
I want to know what is my refund status of the amount paid on 12th June for Airtel black plan which they were unable to fulfill.
I did not receive any update after a text message informing of refund to be processed “soon”. I don’t know what timeline this “soon” is carrying.
It’s already 4 days but still the refund isn’t received and not even an update from Airtel at least yet.
Please help me with refund status at the earliest.
Very bad response system and poor attitude of Airtel and that too after taking someone’s 2000 rupees.
