I have booked a ticket from LEH to DELHI on 01/12/2021 through TRAVOLOOK. they deducted my balance but suddenly they told me that my payment status is cancelled due to some technical glitch and i will get full refund within 10 working days. I have written emails at support@travolook.in and called them several times on 0124-643-4800 but no response till date is obtained from TRAVOLOOK. They are fraud company. kindly look into the matter.
