Reproducing a support ticket I just raised on Zoomcar’s website (for the fourth or fifth time since October) – note: trip number modified to protect privacy:

I have not yet received the refund of Rs. 3,748 for my trip number XYZ12345 made on Sep 14. When I login to your website through my browser, the status shows that the refund has been completed. However, I do not see the amount credited in my account/card. Please let me know the details and date of the transfer.

The Zoomcar mobile app, on the other hand, continues to show that the refund is pending which seems to reflect the correct status.

I have reached out to Zoomcar support multiple times now and there has been no response. If I call the customer support number (08068976666), I am told that there is no booking against my mobile number and the call gets disconnected automatically. I was able to call this number one week after my booking and I was told by the support executive that the refund will take up to 30 days. But after that, I am not able to use this mode of reaching out to customer support.

Please respond to this email at the earliest and take action to refund the pending amount, failing which I will have no other recourse but to explore other options. I understand that several customers are facing this issue and this is now a matter of Zoomcar’s reputation.
