I placed for grey 5 seater sofa set with zefo.com with order ID 264520 on 5 Feb 2019 worth INR 15000. The product delivered was of cheap quality and was returned. It has been almost 15 days since the product was picked up but no refund has been received even after more than 15 working days.
Also when you call the customer care it says the number is temporarily out of service
