My daughter was enrolled for coding with Whitehat Jr, but she was not interested after few classes, so as per the terms and conditions of Whitehat Jr, I had requested for a refund of the unconsumed classes after almost a year and a half. The company agreed and given a confirmation mail dated July 14th, 2023, and given a refund confirmation of Rs. 30000 and requested me to furnish details of the source bank. I immediately provided the source bank details, and they sent email and asked me to wait for 20-25 days. I sincerely waited for 25 days and still not received any refund. Now it’s been more than 40 days. I tried to contact them, but their numbers are all IVR and there’s no executive whom I can speak with. I sent multiple mails to the company, but not getting any response. I also used their chat support, and everytime I’m assured that it is being looked upon by a team, and I will be reached by their executive soon. I’m in need for this money, but getting harassed badly by this company. Most untrustworthy company and now I’m feeling cheated. Please help me to get my money back.
