I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Kochi on March 12,2020;but the flight got cancelled due to covid restructions.The amount was stored as a credit shell by the airlines.As the ticket was booked using via.com app airlines instructed us to visit their office.I visited the office and asked regarding the same and they said the amount refund was initiated on September 27th but when enquired with the bank it was not credited.Please take necessary action as the amount was of Rs.2244 as per their mention.
