I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to Goa on 16th December 2022. Right after the payment I received a message notifying the booking is confirmed. However, later the booking was aborted and no ticket were generated. I have been calling the support team day and night in vain. No one responds over email or call and there is no sign of refund even after 11 days.
