I had booked flight from Kochi to Bangalore on 6th December 2021. The tickets were cancelled by the agency and stated that they would be doing the refund in 7 to 8 working days.
After that though we called them they said it’s initiated and it would take another 7 days to issue the refund.
Several mails were sent, they don’t reply. And till date I haven’t got any refund from them. It’s going to be 2 months.
Every time I call them, they say next week. But the ‘next week’ doesn’t come at all..
